WSCC Model

WSCC Model

The Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child, or WSCC model is CDC's framework for addressing school health. WSCC emphasizes the importance of evidence-based school policies and practices, community and family partnerships, and the connections between health and academic achievement. Oakland Schools uses this framework to build a common language with our districts and community partners around supporting well-being.
