Families Living in Transition - McKinney-Vento
We are dedicated to supporting students experiencing homelessness, as defined by the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, in all public school districts and public school academies throughout Oakland County.
Youth and Foster Care
It is the shared commitment of Oakland Schools and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to do everything possible to ensure that students in foster care achieve academic success and graduate alongside their peers.

Oakland County Here4U Program
Live a Life, Reduce Stigma
The Here4U Project is based on the University of Michigan Depression Center (UMDC) Peer-to-Peer Depression Awareness Program. Becoming a Here4U peer educator provides the chance to influence and lead in your school building.
