Our Field Services program delivers hands-on, locally embedded technology support and expertise—backed by centralized systems and strategic oversight. Skilled Talent Deployment

We provide each of our field service districts with highly trained, skilled employees who are focused on technology and customer service. Field Service employees provide direct, face-to-face support to staff and students for 12 months of the year, aligning their schedules with district calendars.

Comprehensive Field Support

Our Field Service team is adept at helping each district plan and implement its specific goals.

From technology repair needs to major bond and construction projects, our team works with each district to build the best plan for them.

We also provide a fully staffed service desk with live customer support for district staff, students, and parents. Our support team includes Tier 1, 2, and 3 specialists.

 

Strategic Planning & Leadership

Field Service districts work with our Oakland Schools team to develop and maintain a Capital Refresh schedule that includes equipment provisioning, service, maintenance, and refresh.
