The Oakland Human Resources Consortium (OHRC) consists of a group of general power school districts in Oakland County that agree to participate in a common recruitment software platform and site. The OHRC is run by those districts that actively participate. Oakland Schools does not manage or facilitate the recruitment and/or hiring processes for the OHRC districts.
