Oakland Human Resources Consortium:


The Oakland Human Resources Consortium (OHRC) consists of a group of general power school  districts in Oakland County that agree to participate in a common recruitment software platform and site.  The OHRC is run by those districts that actively participate.  Oakland Schools does not manage or facilitate the recruitment and/or hiring processes for the OHRC districts.  Each district in Oakland County is responsible for their own recruitment needs.  For questions, concerns or information on a specific vacancy, please contact the hiring district directly.

OHRC Software Platform:

The OHRC will transition from PowerSchool HIRE, the current consortium software, to Frontline. If you have not done so already, you will need to create a new application with Frontline to continue to apply for vacancies posted by OHRC districts.

Applications from PowerSchool WILL NOT be transferred to Frontline HOWEVER, if you had an application on file with another Frontline client, your application can be merged into the OHRC and saved for future use.

The application tools will run side by side from November 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023.  During the overlap, districts will transition from posting new positions on PowerSchool’s site to posting exclusively to Frontline. Effective February 1, 2023 all application materials and access to PowerSchool HIRE with the OHRC will be disabled and no longer available.
