Oakland Schools Technical Campuses (OSTC) have entered into an agreement with the Arizona College of Nursing in Southfield. As part of a unique partnership, students who successfully complete OSTC’s Health Sciences program and meet Arizona College of Nursing’s requirements will be accepted into the nursing program. Students can earn a Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree in three years or less with qualifying transfer credits.

Oakland Schools has received a grant for $90,000 from the Margaret Dunning Foundation to support local high school state-approved Career and Technical Education (CTE) Automotive Technology programs.
Junior and senior students in the Oakland Schools Technical Campus-Northwest (OSTC-NW) Collision Repair and Refinishing program have been using the technical skills they have gained in class to raise money for various charities throughout the school year. With guidance from a core team of peers, students have chosen to help their local community while also developing important industry skills that will serve them in their careers well after graduation.
