Notice Regarding Request for Affordable Care Act (ACA) 1095-C Forms
Due to changes in the 2024 tax guidelines, ACA 1095-C forms are no longer required when filing your 2025 Federal Income Taxes. Additionally, employers are no longer required to automatically mail copies of these forms.
If you are a former 2024 Oakland Schools employee and would like a copy of your 2024 ACA 1095-C form, you must request it by emailing Brandi Carmichael.
