Kenneth Gutman has 32 years of professional educational experience, including 14 years as a superintendent, serving in leadership roles in three Oakland County school districts. He has also served as an assistant superintendent of Human Resources, Curriculum, and Instruction; assistant superintendent of Human Resources; principal; assistant principal; and teacher.

Harnessing his expertise with curriculum, instruction, and student achievement, he is compelled to ensure success for every student. Mr. Gutman has played an integral role in district-wide accreditation, implementing an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, and successfully passing several ballot initiatives. He has chaired several professional boards and committees and is committed to advocating for students in Oakland County and beyond.

He earned his Education Specialist Certificate and master’s degree from Wayne State University and his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

After graduating from Michigan State University, Dr. Christopher J. Delgado began his career as a high school and middle school Spanish teacher in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Six years later, he returned to Michigan as a high school Spanish teacher in Birmingham Public Schools, followed by over two decades in administrative positions in Bloomfield Hills, Walled Lake and Farmington Public Schools. He served as high school associate principal, middle school principal, deputy superintendent and superintendent. He completed his Master of Educational Administration from Michigan State University, and his Educational Specialist and Doctorate from Oakland University.

Teri Les has held leadership roles throughout her career, including a distinguished 12-year career as the chief business officer for one of the largest school districts in Oakland County.  She was awarded Chief Financial Officer Certification from Michigan School Business Officials.  Les is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.

Dandridge is an executive human resource professional with extensive diversity and inclusion talent acquisition experience. Dandridge is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Oakland Schools, one of Michigan’s largest intermediate school district, where she provides leadership and governance on matters ranging from workforce management, labor relations and diversity and inclusion initiatives, to Oakland County’s 28 public school districts.
