Isabelle McCann-Gutshall from Oakland Schools Technical Campus Northwest (OSTC-NW) earned a Top 10 award at the Future Health Professionals (HOSA) 42nd Annual International Leadership Conference June 19-22 in Orlando, FL. She was a Waterford Kettering High School senior.
HOSA is a student professional organization with the purpose of encouraging students to develop leadership and technical skills required for success in Health Sciences careers.
“We are very proud of Isabelle. She has displayed immeasurable growth in her two years at OSTC,” said John Bonner, Health Sciences instructor at OSTC-NW. “Isabelle graduates with confidence, knowledge, and the skills to be successful as she pursues a nursing degree at Oakland Community College.”
McGann-Gutshall was hired by St. Joseph Mercy Oakland during her first year at OSTC-NW, and is still employed at St. Joseph today.
