URGENT NOTICE 

 
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, PROCEDURE CODE T1024TM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE TRACKER.  You are still able to bill for your participation/attendance at the student’s IEPT meeting  and your Case Management activities using procedure code T2023.  This activity will be included as one of the required number of Case Management activities for the month reported.  All Case Management activities require dates and notes in your monthly summary.
