The Michigan Works! JobLink Service Center is the Pontiac, MI area's one-stop workforce development center. The center provides:

• Internet access to the Michigan Talent Bank's job postings
   
• Resume writing assistance
   
• Application and interview skills assistance
   
• As well as other technical assistance to job seekers
   
• TAA/TRA Waiver Update

Most importantly, the center offers a wide variety of occupational training opportunities. The JobLink Service Center also operates the Work First program, which provides support and assistance to welfare families in seeking and maintaining employment and career skills upgrading.

• J.E.T. - Jobs, Education and Training Program (J.E.T.): Clients are referred to JobLink from the Department of Human Services to participate in the J.E.T. program. The J.E.T. program is designed to assist individuals receiving public assistance move to self-sufficiency.
