System Support & Operations  

Technical support for ONE electronics and infrastructure is available twenty-four hours per day, six days per week. The Oakland Schools Help Desk is available from 6AM – 8PM M-F. 

  •  Daily database backups
  • Data management 
  •  System performance monitoring
  • Network Administration (security, file sharing, network connectivity support, software standardization, microcomputer technology and consulting, applications support, and training)
  • Operating system software/hardware management
  • Troubleshooting
  • System training and technical resources for IT groups
  • County-wide bidding and procurement
  • Microsoft Select Agreement
