Single Record Student Data is reported three times a year by each district.  The districts send their electronic files to Oakland Schools via a secure site where the files are checked for errors and pupil accounting audit reports are generated.  Oakland Schools sends error-free files to the state.  Additionally, Oakland Schools technology and pupil accounting departments participate in monthly meetings with CEPI to stay abreast of issues related to the use of the SRSD data.  This is an IP-based application delivered over the ONE network.
