Do you know a child who is experiencing difficulties in an early childhood setting?

Project STAR (formerly known as Project Challenge) offers consultation services in Oakland County for families and adults who educate and care for young children.  Our goal is to support the social and emotional development of infants, toddlers, and young children who are in early care settings.  Our Project STAR staff provide consultations with teachers, caregivers and families to identify and assist those children who are having behavior and emotional challenges.
