Project STAR (formerly known as Project Challenge) is available in Oakland County for families and adults who teach and care for young children. Our goal is to support the social and emotional development of infants, toddlers and young children who are in early care settings. Our Project STAR staff provide consultations with teachers, caregivers and families to identify and assist those children who are having behavioral and emotional challenges.
